We are looking for an End User Support to join our team and ensure the operational continuity of users and local infrastructure. The goal is to ensure a reliable, secure, and efficient technological experience for all users in the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to users, both in-person and remotely;

- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, operating systems, and productivity tools;

- Ensure installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment;

- Support the management of the IT park and maintenance of local infrastructure;

- Ensure the proper use of Office 365 tools and other corporate software;

- Collaborate with internal technical teams in escalating and resolving more complex issues;

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and experiences.

Requirements and Skills:

- Solid knowledge of hardware and software;

- Basic understanding of networks and connectivity;

- Basic understanding of the Windows Operating System;

- Experience in installation and configuration of Office 365 productivity tools;

- Competence in diagnosing and resolving Operating System and Office 365 issues;

- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical teams;

- Good time and priority management in a support environment;

- Proficiency in the English language.
