What will you do?

  • Investigate and resolve client issues within the payments functional scope, drafting responses in English;
  • Manage production monitoring, anomaly tracking, and test automation for the assigned functional area;
  • Prepare operational procedures and manuals to facilitate effective support of the payment processes;
  • Identify and proactively propose corrective or preventive actions for potential dysfunctions in the area of responsibility;
  • Request and execute bug fixes, including the documentation of corresponding acceptance tests;
  • Restore operational conditions after incidents, developing recovery scripts or programs as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar support-oriented role;
  • Strong knowledge of J2EE and Angular;
  • Proficiency in SQL, Bash, and Python for troubleshooting, analysis, and automation;
  • Experience working in Linux and Windows environments;
  • Proven experience investigating and resolving production incidents in complex, multi-technology environments;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for client communication;
  • Experience in the banking sector, ideally with payment solutions within investment or private banking;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively;
