Tech Lead (Java)

What will you do?

• Technically lead the development team, ensuring the correct implementation of solutions and adherence to architectural standards.
• Define and validate the technical architecture for User Stories and Features, meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure the application of best development practices, including Code Reviews, unit tests, and quality standards.
• Manage and monitor the application's technical debt, implementing continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure the proper integration of developed solutions into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide technical support to team members, promoting their growth and skill development.

What are we looking for?

• Over 4 years of solid experience in technical leadership or senior software development roles.
• Extensive experience with Java (8, 17, or 21), JavaScript, TypeScript, Spring Boot, HTML, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with Oracle, PostgreSQL, GitLab, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Maven, and Tomcat.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to interpret and validate technical specifications.
• Mandatory proficiency in French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B1).
