What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling (Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, Unified Individual, Identity Resolution frameworks).
- Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and consent management, including secure data access and PII protection.
- Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy for dynamic emails, landing pages, SOAP handling, and advanced SQL.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email optimization (responsive/dark mode compatibility).
- Practical experience with Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Ability to implement advanced automation orchestration, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Technical Architect) are desirable.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
