What are we looking for?

• Solid professional experience (at least 3 years) in IT projects, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proven experience in Functional Testing, including mobile app (iOS) testing with a user-centric perspective, defect identification and tracking.
• Proficiency in Requirements Engineering, translating business needs into process and system specifications, and creating clear technical documentation.
• Strong experience in Interface Definition & Testing, including API specification (e.g., payload definitions, endpoints, timeouts) and integration testing.
• Expertise in API validation using tools like Postman and Swagger UI.
• Good understanding of relevant SAP processes, specifically SAP CAR and SAP S/4 (e.g., cash desk transactions, material documents, inventory) to ensure consistency between systems.
• Experience with test management and ticketing tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Academic background in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable education.
• Experience with monitoring tools (ideally Elastic) and familiarity with ServiceBus technology are a plus.
• Prior experience with Manhattan OMS is desirable.
