What will you do?
- Liaise with the Product Owner to build and manage the activity and user stories backlog, clarifying needs for new topics and evolutions.
- Provide IT analysis and comprehensive application support.
- Contribute to the proper functioning, maintenance, and scalability of actuarial calculation applications, including defining and executing non-regression test cases.
- Offer technical and functional support to users, monitoring and handling incidents in compliance with application SLAs and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with engineering rules and security standards, contributing to documentation and collaborating with offshore development teams.
What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst with application support, preferably in actuarial domains.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel VBA and knowledge of Python and Cloud technologies.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL, with practical experience in tools such as Service Now, Jira, and ALM Octane.
- Fluent French (C1) and proficient English (B2).
- Strong client orientation, autonomy, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
