Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Team Lead for our IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in informatic equipment, networking technology, and cloud solutions, along with excellent management, pre sales and communication skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the team to success and ensuring client satisfaction.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology);
- Proven experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, or related technology solutions;
- A deep understanding of network architecture, informatic equipment, data center services, and cloud solutions;
- Experience in pre-sales activities;
- Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese;
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of guiding successful teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape;
