Key Responsibilities
You will join an international team responsible for the evolution of a global digital fleet management platform, taking an active role in defining and implementing solutions that support the product’s growth and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to analyse business requirements, contributing to the design and evolution of solutions, and ensuring the adoption of development best practices and high-quality standards. You will be responsible for supporting the definition of application architectures, promoting component reusability, and ensuring the consistency and sustainability of implemented solutions. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications. Working closely with multidisciplinary and international teams, you will help address complex challenges, ensure technical alignment across initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of projects. You will also play a key role in promoting Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery quality, and driving the continuous evolution of the team's development practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Solid experience with Angular;
- Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot;
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs;
- Knowledge of relational databases and performance optimisation;
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
- Experience with automated testing frameworks;
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes will be considered an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset;
- Good command of spoken and written English.
