Profile Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field;
Previous professional experience as a Citrix Specialist or in similar roles;
Solid knowledge in Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps and Desktops);
Practical experience with NetScaler (Citrix ADC) and Citrix ADM;
Knowledge of Citrix Workspace Management and ControlUp;
Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs;
Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell;
Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Citrix environments;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Relevant Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are a plus;
Knowledge of ITIL practices is valued;
Good command of English;
Knowledge of French is a plus.

Mandatory Requirement:

Residence in Portugal or legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
