We are seeking an experienced Senior ATOSS Consultant to join our team and lead complex implementations of ATOSS workforce management solutions. In this role, you will be part of end-to-end project delivery for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into robust, compliant, and efficient system configurations. You will play a key role in optimizing workforce processes - including time & attendance, demand-driven scheduling, personnel deployment, and employee self-services - to enhance productivity, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of ATOSS solutions from project kick-off to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops with clients, analyzing existing HR processes, workforce challenges, and integration needs.
  • Perform solution design, creating functional specifications, process blueprints, and best-practice recommendations aligned with ATOSS capabilities and client objectives.
  • Handle system configuration and customization in the ATOSS platform, including setup of time models, shift planning rules, access rights, interfaces (e.g., to payroll, ERP, SAP), and reporting/analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ATOSS workforce management software (deep expertise in configuration and implementation required).
  • Proven track record of at least 3 full end-to-end implementations of ATOSS solutions in complex customer environments (multi-site, multi-country preferred).
  • Experience with at least one implementation in the Netherlands (NL) is a strong advantage (knowledge of Dutch labor laws, CAO structures, and compliance requirements is highly valued).
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional specification creation.
  • Expertise in solution design and architectural decision-making for workforce management projects.
  • Advanced skills in ATOSS system configuration, including modules for time management, workforce scheduling, demand forecasting, interfaces, and self-service portals.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, labor compliance, payroll integration, and workforce optimization concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (in English; additional European languages such as Dutch is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or formal training in ATOSS products (e.g., from ATOSS Academy).
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments, AI-driven features in modern workforce management, or integrations with SAP, other ERP systems, or payroll providers.
  • Familiarity with multi-country rollouts and international compliance requirements.
