Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, test, and maintain SAP Concur solutions, with a strong focus on Expense management.
  • Support and optimize Travel management processes when applicable.
  • Analyze business requirements and design Concur solutions to streamline financial processes.
  • Optimize Concur workflows and performance, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
  • Work with Cognos Reporting and Integration Navigation to support reporting and integrations.
  • Provide support for data migration, SAP Concur upgrades, and continuous system improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP Concur Expense (mandatory).
  • Experience in SAP Concur Travel (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Cognos Reporting and Integration Navigation (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of expense management processes.
  • Experience with SAP Concur configuration and integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions and middleware platforms.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Residency in Portugal and legal authorization to work in Portugal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Concur certification.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
  • Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, REST APIs, and other cloud integration tools.
