Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Define and execute integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all Salesforce deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to development teams.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend improvements to existing architectures.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce or CRM implementations, including at least two full life-cycle projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
• Languages: Fluent English (mandatory).
• Location: Coimbra, Lisbon or Braga
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
