Description

At Boslan, part of Accenture, we are specialized in Engineering and Consulting services, providing support in the comprehensive management and development of projects. We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure for data centre cooling infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee the design, review and construction supervision of cooling systems, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and liquid cooling solutions.
  • Coordinate internal teams, specialist vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, ensure technical feasibility and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Lead commissioning, performance validation and handover activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within HVAC, construction, engineering or related industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and data centre cooling infrastructure.
  • Experience with chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDUs, liquid cooling technologies and integrated thermal management systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in fast-paced construction environments.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project reporting.
  • Experience with commissioning, testing and operational handover activities is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced)

Location

  • Sines, Portugal (site presence required).
