- Design and improve business and technology operating models to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness
- Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actionable plans
- Participate in diagnosing business challenges, planning, and leading transformation initiatives
- Work on large-scale digital, IT, and operational transformations that enhance business capabilities
- Implement programs and interventions that prepare organizations for the adoption of new business processes or technologies
- Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver effective solutions

- Master’s Degree holders, in one of our preferred Majores: Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar
- A track record of outstanding academic performance
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
