Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as an Analytics Engineer. This role sits at the intersection of Business Intelligence and Data Engineering, focusing on transforming, modeling, and delivering high‑quality business data for analytics and reporting. We are looking for professionals with a strong business mindset combined with solid data and engineering knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Data, BI Engineering, or Analytics Engineering roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Solid experience with data modeling, data transformations, and analytical datasets
- Hands-on experience with data cleaning, validation, and testing
- Experience working with data transformation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration (soft skills)
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools
- Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts
- Knowledge of ELT processes and data workflows
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical data models to support business reporting and insights
- Build and manage data transformation pipelines following ELT best practices
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and testing to ensure data quality and reliability
- Deploy and test analytical datasets and transformations
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs and structured workflows
- Support and optimize BI tools and semantic layers
- Document data models, transformations, and analytical logic
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics engineering processes and tooling
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., dbt or similar frameworks)
- Exposure to cloud data platforms and data warehouses
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience working in agile or product‑oriented teams
- Background in both business analytics and technical data roles
