We are looking for a Web Developer to join a Software Factory team and contribute to building intuitive, performant, and scalable web applications.

In this role, you will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to create user-centered digital experiences, balancing solid technical foundations with a curiosity for modern tools and approaches. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement are encouraged.

Responsibilities

Frontend Development

  • Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with modern UI/UX principles.
  • Work with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, or similar) depending on project needs.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

User Experience & Design Collaboration

  • Collaborate with design and product teams to translate concepts into functional and engaging user experiences.
  • Contribute to improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices in day-to-day development.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience or familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience or interest in SCORM / TinCan (xAPI) — we can help you learn if needed.
  • Interest in digital design, AI, or even gaming.
  • Strong communication skills across different types of stakeholders.
  • Curiosity for new tools, trends, and ways of building better web experiences.
  • English proficiency.
