Tech lead .net

We are looking for a .NET Tech lead to join our team and guide the technical direction of our projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and performant solutions.

Communication with team and stakeholders will be in Portuguese and English, and the team is gathering twice a week in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET applications.
• Define the technical architecture and ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
• Provide hands-on coding, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to shape solutions and roadmaps.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing modern development practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Promote a DevOps culture with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architectures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, and agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English.
