Sobre a vaga

As a Senior Data Engineer based in our Tech Hub in Porto, you will work for Studio71 to shape the data foundation behind the business. You will design and run the pipelines that connect billing processes, Salesforce and the analytics platform. You will take ownership of your topics and drive them.

O que vais fazer

• Design, build and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for billing and revenue processes using Python, Airflow and dbt
• Model and optimize data in Snowflake and Databricks to ensure the accuracy, completeness and traceability of invoicing-relevant data
• Integrate data from Salesforce and other source systems and provide trusted datasets and Power BI reports for Finance, Sales and Management
• Use AI and LLM-based tools to automate data processes, improve data quality and accelerate development
• Contribute to general Python projects beyond data pipelines, such as internal tools, automations and services
• Collaborate with our Salesforce engineering on the implementation of billing-related features and continuously improve our way of working in an agile team

O que é pedido

• University degree in computer science, information technology or a related technical field, or comparable practical experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in billing, invoicing or other revenue-related domains
• Strong Python and SQL skills as well as hands-on experience with Airflow, dbt and Snowflake
• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based tooling in data or engineering workflows
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the confidence to represent the Studio71 data team and build effective connections across the 7.1 Tech Hub
• Fluent in English

• Experience with Databricks and Power BI
• first experience with Salesforce (data model, APIs or feature development)
• Portuguese and/or German language proficiency is a plus

Processo de entrevista

Our selection process has 3 phases:

• Pre-Screening: a 30 min conversation to check the main requirements of the role and share more info so you can also decide whether it's interesting for you
• Personal Fit Interview: a 1h conversation (ideally in person) to get to know each other and mutually assess if there's a culture/personal fit between us
• Technical Interview: usually a 1.5 hour chat to deep dive into the technical aspects of the role with the team you’ll be a part of. Normally there is a small technical task ahead of this that you complete and that is used as a basis for the discussion
