Tecnimede Open Innovation Competition - Evento Final

Discover the 10 finalists who will compete for the Jorge Ruas Award (€100,000) in the final of the Tecnimede Open Innovation Competition.

The Tecnimede Open Innovation Competition, in partnership with HiSeedTech, presents the final of its 2nd edition, which includes the award ceremony for the Jorge Ruas Prize, worth €100,000.

The Tecnimede Open Innovation Competition aims to recognize and support scientific-based projects with the potential to transform the pharmaceutical industry, promoting collaboration between the Tecnimede Group and innovators in the pharmaceutical technology field - including scientists, academics, startups, and biopharmaceutical companies.

The final will feature an international keynote titled "AI in Drug Discovery: A Practical Look at Where We Are and the Road Ahead," presented by Yann Gaston-Mathé, General Director and founder of Iktos, who will bring a current and practical perspective on the role of artificial intelligence in the discovery of new drugs.

During the final, the 10 finalist projects will present their proposals to an international selection panel composed of prominent figures from academia, healthcare, and industry. The winning project will be awarded the Jorge Ruas Prize, worth €100,000, aimed at accelerating its development and market impact.
