This is the 8th talk of the .IA project of ECO.

Artificial Intelligence is gaining an increasingly central role in e-commerce, from personalizing offers and marketing to how companies anticipate demand, manage stocks, adjust prices, and automate customer service. In a market with tight margins, demanding consumers, and constant competition, AI presents itself as a tool to gain scale, reduce friction, and enhance the shopping experience, from ordering to delivery to the consumer. However, the quality of data and the integration of autonomous agents remain challenges. The 8th .IA Talk will look at the intersection of technology and e-commerce, analyzing how AI can bring value to this sector.
