AI beyond the hype: real adoption, impact on education, transformation of work, and new skills.

The discussion will address three major dimensions:

I. Companies, Organizations, and the adoption of AI

What utilization is actually being made of AI in organizations? What strategies are being implemented? What benefits are arising and what barriers continue to hinder adoption? Topics such as productivity, employee learning, integration of AI into processes, and the shift from experimentation to sustainable and value-generating use will be discussed.

II. Education and preparing the new future professionals

AI is also transforming the way we learn, teach, and assess. The discussion will address the impact on curriculum design, assessment practices, students' skills, and lifelong learning, as well as the challenge of preparing professionals for increasingly AI-intensive work environments.

III. Employment and the Future of Work

What impact could AI have at different levels of qualification and responsibility? The panels will discuss opportunities for productivity and innovation, but also issues related to the transformation of roles, professional retraining, new skills, and inequalities in access and use of AI tools.
