ABOUT THE JOB OPENING
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
YOU WILL
- Contribute to the project team’s setup and ways of working, by providing objectives, business context and expectations.
- Lead the delivery of software projects from scope definition through deployment, in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Development teams.
- Define timelines and milestones, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support and contribute as needed to the definition of requirements, decision-making, road mapping exercises, release planning, process implementations, and change management.
- Take full accountability for project delivery, leading internal and external teams to meet all scope, timeline, milestone, and budget commitments.
- Analyze project status and progress, proactively removing high-level impediments that impact delivery and managing cross-team dependencies, or when necessary, revise scope, timeline forecasts, or resource allocation to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain governance processes for managing the project lifecycle, adhering to chosen project management frameworks and/or agile methodologies such as SAFe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, and other project alignment practices.
- Monitor delivery performance using key metrics to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Report proactively on project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and implement mitigation strategies or escalate issues as necessary.
YOU HAVE
- A degree in a relevant field
- +4 years of project management experience in software projects and Agile environments
- Certified training in project management (PMP, CAPM, Prince2) and Agile (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
- Proven experience managing software projects in Agile environments with multicultural and remote teams
- Experience in software projects within retail domain (as a plus)
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
