For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficient in managing and resolving production incidents.

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, including backup management and regular restore testing.

- Skilled in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and PowerShell.

- Solid knowledge of SQL.

- Experience coordinating changes and technical operations (e.g., electrical shutdowns, Disaster Recovery).

- Ability to collaborate with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams for change management.

- Proficient with Control-M or other industrial schedulers.

- Strong networking knowledge, including LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools, Elastic Stack, and maintaining system performance according to SLAs.

- Capable of contributing to automation and improvement of processes.

- Able to document architecture, procedures, and operational components of applications.

- Experience with Jenkins, Git, XLDeploy, and Control-M.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).

- Availability for a hybrid work model, based in Porto, Portugal.
