For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, PM, PO, BA, QA, UX, or accessibility.

- Proven knowledge with WCAG 2.2 and/or RGAA.

- Solid understanding of assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, contrast tools)

- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate a small team as well as the ability to translate technical findings for development teams

- English and French level of B2 or higher (mandatory)

- Availability to work in an hybrid model of 2x a week in the office in Porto.
