Senior AI/ML Data Scientist

You’ll be focused in

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions

- Designing, developing and deploying AI models and algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation

- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features and insights for model training

- Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy

- Implement and optimize AI/ML models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time inference

- Conducting rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness, reliability, and generalization

- Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their applicability to our projects

- Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.

- Ensure models are explainable, auditable, and aligned with data privacy and regulatory requirements.

- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

In order to succeed, you’ll need

- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience

- Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or related role

- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models and generative AI models in production environments

- Experience in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python

- Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services including generative AI technologies

- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and a product-thinking approach.

- Great communication skills in English, both written and spoken
