We are looking for a talented and dedicated Machine Learning Engineer to help leverage AI and advanced analytics to better understand our customers, deliver personalized experiences, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team that enables AI engineering skills and capabilities across TUI Group, aligning with TUI’s AI strategy.

You will collaborate closely with our App, Web, and CRM teams to leverage AI and advanced analytics to better understand customer behavior, deliver personalized experiences, and support business growth.

About You

- Experience in designing, implementing, deploying and using various AI models and algorithms.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with RAG and Graphs.

- Customer-focused engineer with a passion for crafting high-quality digital products, continuous improvement, and effective team collaboration.
