What you need to join us:

- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage selected complex projects to deliver the complete solution as an End-to-End owner, including first-off, large non-standard, or cross-organization solutions with 3rd-party involvement.

- Lead and direct technical functions such as Analysis & Design and Integration, Verification & Validation.

- Ensure successful solution integration and acceptance under Market Unit leadership, based on contracted scope.

- Engage during pre-sales to define the technical delivery strategy, including project organization, deliverables, tools, and governance.

- Lead technical negotiations, drive execution across project streams, and mitigate risks.

- Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and establish support processes with engineering teams.

- Verify end-to-end quality and stability of the solution, ensuring all project KPIs are met.

- Advise customers on network evolution and identify opportunities for project up-scopes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex, cross-domain technical projects;

- Experience in Telco Core Networks, Cloud, and Data Centers;

- Proven experience in pre-sales activities: scoping, estimation, and risk management;

- Excellent leadership and coordination skills in technical environments;

- Self-driven, independent, and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision;

- Experience in configuration and change management;

- Solid understanding of system engineering and integration methodologies;

- Familiarity with operator business models and technology drivers;

- Strong customer engagement and communication skills;

Preferred Qualifications:

- Involvement in pre-sales activities.

- Exposure to public and/or hybrid cloud environments.

- Experience with CI/CD automation.

Languages required: English (C1 level)
