We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client - a reference company in the insurance sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

- Reporting to the administration board, this professional will be responsible for managing the internal technical team as well as external partners or providers.

- Managing the budget projections associated with technology costs.

- Manage technical projects and associated teams.

- Promote and evangelize digital transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, according to the business needs and requirements.

What is required from you?

- Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Management or other similar areas.

- Previous solid experience in IT management teams and/or project roles.

- Previous experience and participation in managing projects and teams related to software, application or ERP solutions.

- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services area will be valued.

- Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills.

- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, having a strategic and analytical mindset.

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
