SAP Security Officer

We are looking for a SAP Security Officer to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Security, with strong expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP GRC Access Control.

- Proficient in managing SAP roles, user provisioning and segregation of duties across complex environments.

- Solid understanding of compliance requirements, including SOX and GDPR.

- Experience with Fiori security configuration and UI masking.

- Familiarity with SAP GRC tools such as CUA, ARA, ARM, BRM and EAM.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in multinational environments and exposure to SAP cloud platforms (e.g., BTP, SuccessFactors) is preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP security remediation tools (e.g., SHIELD, Security Bridge) is an advantage.

- Fluent in English.

- French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement and manage authorisations and roles in SAP ECC and S/4HANA in line with internal policies and external regulations.

- Maintain user access controls, ensuring effective segregation of duties and compliance across systems.

- Configure and monitor field-level security and Fiori/UI authorisations, including UI masking.

- Utilise SAP GRC tools to monitor, analyse and mitigate access-related risks.

- Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and controls meet regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with relevant teams on security incident response and risk mitigation.

- Contribute to SAP projects, including system migrations, upgrades and cloud security planning.

- Provide ongoing advisory support to project teams, ensuring security compliance from design to implementation.
