We are looking for a PMO to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

- At least 5 years of experience in PMO, project or service management;

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field;

- Proven ability to implement operational readiness and service transition processes;

- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills;

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities;

- Experience with ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Office Suite;

- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or ITIL are a plus;

- Knowledge of data governance, security and compliance in production environments;

- Availability for occasional travel;

- Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support project performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies;

- Develop and maintain project management frameworks, tools and templates;

- Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards and KPIs to senior leadership;

- Lead go-to-run process implementation for Data e Analytics applications;

- Coordinate operational handovers and ensure documentation with Application Managers;

- Enforce compliance with service transition and operational readiness standards;

- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and incident management;

- Serve as liaison between PMO, Application Managers and Operations.
