We are looking for a GRC Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

- Demonstrable experience in a GRC-focused role;

- In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks and relevant legal/regulatory requirements;

- Sharp analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset;

- Strong collaboration and communication skills—able to engage stakeholders at all levels;

- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or similar is nice to have;

- Familiarity with risk management methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) is a plus;

- Hands-on knowledge of GRC tools and software will be valued;

- Fluency in both Portuguese and English;

- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across the organisation;

- Develop and continuously improve policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practice;

- Carry out risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies;

- Partner with departments to ensure their operations are compliant and risk-aware;

- Monitor compliance activities and produce regular reporting for leadership;

- Deliver training and support to teams on GRC principles and practices.
