C# Developer with Project Management Experience

Novanetworks is strengthening its development team and is looking for an experienced and autonomous C# developer with a solid background in project management. We are seeking a professional capable of leading technical initiatives and contributing to the success of innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#.

- Manage software projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with defined requirements.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

- Plan, execute, and monitor development processes.

- Contribute to the definition of technical practices and standards within the team.

Requirements:

- Solid experience in C# development and the .NET ecosystem.

- Proven track record in software project management.

- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and outcomes.

- Strong communication, organizational, and technical leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of English (required); knowledge of French is a plus.
