Role Overview
We are looking for a Workplace Specialist to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working for clients across the Netherlands and other European countries.
The work can be done fully remotely or from our offices in Lisbon or Porto, depending on your preference.
What you will do:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows 11, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online;
- Configure and administer Microsoft 365 Defender suite components, including Defender for Endpoint, Office, Cloud Apps, and Identity;
- Plan and execute data migrations to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online;
- Implement and manage Entra ID components, including Self Service Password Reset, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, Single Sign-On, and Application Proxy;
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents related to Microsoft 365 and associated services;
- Collaborate with the Azure team to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services with Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions.
- Provide general support and troubleshooting for Azure-related issues as needed.
What you are like:
- In-depth knowledgeable of Microsoft 365 products including Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows 11, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online;
- Experienced with data migrations to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online, as well as mail and chat migrations to Exchange Online and Teams;
- Proficient in device deployment for Windows, Android, and iOS using Intune and Autopilot;
- Have strong understanding of Entra ID components such as Self Service Password Reset, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, Single Sign-On, and Application Proxy;
- Knowledgeable of the Microsoft 365 Defender suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Office, Cloud Apps, and Identity;
- Have general knowledge of Azure (IaaS / PaaS);
- Strong PowerShell skills with a focus on automation;
- Proficient in English.
