Role Overview:
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working fully remote for one our clients across the Netherlands and other European countries.
What you will do:
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption;
- Migrate data to OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online;
- Use industry-standard tools such as AvePoint Fly to carry out migration tasks;
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, define migration strategies, and resolve technical issues;
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate processes and enhance efficiency;
- Document migration plans, configurations, and post-migration support procedures;
- Assist in troubleshooting and post-migration validation to ensure service continuity.
What you are like:
- Solid understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 suite;
- Proven experience with migrations to OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online;
- Hands-on use of migration tools such as AvePoint Fly (or similar like Quest or BitTitan);
- Strong PowerShell skills and a passion for automation and scripting;
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach to planning and execution;
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- Proficient in English (as you will maintain daily contact with international teams).
