Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Change Manager to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working for international clients across different European countries.

The work can be done fully remotely or you can work in our offices in Lisbon or Porto when you feel the need to.

As a Junior Change Manager, you'll be ensuring that technical changes are executed smoothly, on schedule, and with minimal risk to operations.

What you will do:

- Validate and verify the quality and completeness of incoming change records in the ITSM tool;

- Schedule changes in alignment with technical teams and business calendars;

- Communicate planned changes to stakeholders with professionalism and clarity;

- Prepare and distribute CAB agendas, change summaries, and meeting documentation;

- Track post-implementation outcomes, capturing success metrics and lessons learned;

- Maintain accurate reports on change activity, volumes, and trends;

- Participate in operational meetings to present or summarize upcoming changes;

- Contribute to process improvement efforts through structured follow-ups.

What you are like:

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and the Change Management lifecycle;

- Basic understanding of technical solutions relevant to enterprise IT environments;

- Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives;

- Certifications in ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or others equivalent are nice to have;

- English proficiency (written and spoken).
