Role Overview:

We are looking for a Dynatrace Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working for clients in the Netherlands and other European countries.

You will be working in high-availability IT environments where downtime is not an option. Whether troubleshooting a wind farm monitoring failure or diagnosing data and container issues, your expertise will be essential in ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.

What you will do:

- Implement, maintain and configure the Dynatrace platform across different solutions and/or clients.

- Enable self-service capabilities for observability tools.

- Provide technical support to colleagues and customers.

- Ensure support for the Dynatrace platform in case of incidents.

- Improve and innovating observability platforms with new functionalities.

What you are like:

- Have strong background in deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications.

- Have previous experience in Dynatrace implementation, configuration and maintenance.

- Experienced with Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, Zabbix, Prometheus or other similar tools/technologies.

- Have Automation expertise with tools like Puppet, Terraform (valued).

- Broad knowledge of pipelines, platforms, and observability tooling.
