Role Overview:

We’re looking for a GEN AI Lead to join an up-and-coming Digital Factory, focused on creating the future of AI implementation within one of the world’s leading energy companies. Their mission is to design and deliver AI-powered products that drive efficiency, innovation, and business value, in a position that allows you not only to innovate at scale, but also to shape the future of AI in the energy sector and beyond.

You will drive the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across our organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, and is ideal for someone passionate about innovation, data, and emerging technologies.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems;

- Define the AI strategy aligned with business goals;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, Business) to identify opportunities for AI integration;

- Ensure scalability, performance, and ethical use of AI technologies;

- Stay up to date with the latest AI research, tools, and trends;

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

What are you like?

- Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and teams is valued;

- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn);

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP);
