Role Description:

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. The client in question is one of the largest banks in Europe, operating in over 70 countries worldwide, and has been established for over 150 years, making it an extremely established player in the banking industry (Lisbon - Hybrid).

What you will do:

We are seeking a qualified professional to join the Transformation Team, and as an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for:

- Proposing a coaching plan;

- Leading a coaching mission;

- Ensuring the continuity of the mission;

- Ensuring the creation and maintenance of your knowledge base and skills;

- Understanding the principles of "Software Craftsman" and effectively applying clean code principles.

What you are like:

- Academic background in Computer Engineering or similar;

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach;

- Mastery of methodology, organization, and technical areas where intervention is needed (e.g., Scrum, DevOps, Lean, etc.);

- Proficiency in workshop facilitation techniques and meetings;

- Relational skills at all levels of the organization;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Fluency in written and spoken English;
