Job description:

Mind Source is reinforcing its Project & Program Leadership Team with a talented Scrum Master.

Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or engineering or equivalent professional experience;

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile teams;

- Practical knowledge of all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives);

- Proven ability to remove impediments and foster team autonomy;

- Experience in tracking and using team metrics (e.g. velocity, capacity) for planning and improvement;

- Strong facilitation and communication skills, ensuring alignment within the team and with stakeholders;

- Ability to manage team focus, protecting against unplanned work and ensuring delivery within scope;

- Familiarity with Definition of Done (DoD) and backlog management;

- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps);

- Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives;

- Fluent in English, and fluent in either German or French (mandatory);

- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong plus
