- Design and Build Azure Architectures:
- Develop and implement Azure architectures in alignment with CAF and WAF principles.
- Ensure designs adhere to our reference architecture and landing zone definitions.
- Create scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Multi-Viewpoint Cloud Architecture Understanding:
- Security: Implement robust security measures, including identity and access management, data protection, and threat detection.
- Compliance: Ensure architectures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as MCSB.
- Performance: Optimize architectures for high availability, scalability, and performance efficiency.
- Cost Management: Design cost-effective solutions, leveraging Azure cost management tools and best practices to optimize resource usage and reduce expenses.
- Trusted Advisor:
- Collaborate with other teams to design new cloud architectures or rebuild existing ones.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and architectural patterns.
- Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Profile
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Strong understanding of CAF and WAF principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, and Bicep.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address architectural challenges and optimize performance.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Additional certifications in security, compliance, or specific Azure services are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on Azure.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions based on CAF and WAF.
