Job Title: BTP Build Process Automation Consultant

Location: Lisbon/Braga/Coimbra, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office per week)

Overview / Summary: We are looking for a BTP Build Process Automation Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Ability to analyse business processes and identify requirements for automation and integration;

- Develop and deploy workflows using SAP BTP Build Process Automation (SBPA):

o SAP Build Process Automation controls the process flow and through a Visibility Scenario in Process Visibility, provides a view of the end-to-end process and messages involved in it;

o Workflow management to create forms, manage decision logic, process flows, business rules with spreadsheet-like decision tables.

- Design and implement process visibility dashboards using SAP Process Visibility capabilities;

- Integrate SAP Process Visibility with various SAP modules to provide end-to-end business processes;

- Create alerts, notifications, and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely responses to process exceptions or delays;

- Strong communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders;

- Good understanding of SBPA to integrate with Cloud Integration, Event Mesh, CAP(Cloud Application Programming).

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

- Proven experience in SAP BTP Build Process Automation (SBPA), including workflow design, business rules, and decision logic implementation;

- Strong understanding of SAP Process Visibility for designing dashboards and end-to-end process monitoring;

- Hands-on experience integrating SBPA with Cloud Integration, Event Mesh, and CAP (Cloud Application Programming);

- Solid knowledge of automation and integration concepts to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements;

- Experience creating alerts, notifications, and reporting mechanisms for process exception handling;

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
