Job Title: GenAI / MLOps Engineer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time Hybrid (2x to 3x office days per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are seeking a GenAI / MLOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain machine learning workflows and AI solutions. This role focuses on operationalizing large language models (LLMs) and managing ML infrastructure for scalable and efficient AI applications.

The ideal professional has hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, MLflow, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Deploy and manage machine learning models and workflows using MLflow and related tools.

- Work with large language models (LLMs) and implement prompt engineering techniques.

- Manage vector databases (FAISS, PGV) to support AI/ML solutions.

- Containerize and orchestrate AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure reliable and scalable AI infrastructure.

- Maintain documentation and best practices for MLops processes.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience with LLMs, vector databases (FAISS, PGV), and prompt engineering.

- Experience with MLflow for ML workflow management.

- Strong skills in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Proven ability to operationalize AI/ML solutions in production.

- English: C1
