What we are looking for
- +6 years of experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience leading engineering teams building large-scale, enterprise SaaS applications;
- Deep hands-on expertise in at least two of the following areas: Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi); Backend development (TypeScript, Python, GraphQL, REST APIs); Data engineering (Databricks, Snowflake, ETL pipelines, data modeling), Frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, modern frontend tooling);
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and security best practices;
- Experience with container orchestration (ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS) and/or serverless platforms;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences;
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture;
- Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving requirements;
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
Nice to have
- Experience working in high-growth or product-focused SaaS companies;
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments and/or AI/ML infrastructure;
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and their integrations;
- Proven track record of driving technical innovation and process improvement.
