We are looking for a Product Manager to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:
- Own the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and ongoing improvements.
- Align internal and external stakeholders with the product vision and requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and market trends to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
- Identify market needs through direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly defined and communicated.
- Define and monitor product KPIs to track performance and success.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Gather, manage, and prioritize product requirements.
- Collaborate with all teams to ensure successful product delivery and project execution.
- Define and update the product Business Case and communication plan.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain product documentation.
- Provide third-line support for business-related product inquiries.

What we are looking for:
- +4 experience as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role.
- Strong business analysis and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented.
- Proven experience in product management (minimum 5 years).
- Preferably experience in IT or payments product/service management.
- Knowledge of payment systems.
- Familiarity with problem-solving and solution-design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking).
- Understanding of IT systems and data modeling.
- Experience with requirements analysis and functional specifications.
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
- Fluent level of English.
