We are looking for a senior Business Analyst to work in Porto who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about
- Gather, understand, analyze and translate user needs in detailed functional specifications;
- Participate in the translation into technical specifications in collaboration with the development teams;
- Develop and build test cases and take charge of functional tests;
- With the help from the QA team automatize the tests for non-regression;
- Conduct qualification test (integration and regression tests)
- Participate in the estimation of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests;
- Maintain a good level of documentation for all developments (JIRA, Confluence, …);
- Investigating and debugging logs and source code to find bugs and issues;
- Effectively manage and solve production incidents;
- Pro-actively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support;
- Monitor applications and infrastructure in an effective way, compliant with the established SLA for the business lines;
- Contribute consistently to the continuous automation and improvement of the applications;
- Enhance user’s satisfaction by solving incidents/problems effectively and efficiently;
- Ensure the proper troubleshooting and incidents follow up;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations.

What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of Back Office workflows (clearing, confirmation, payments, accounting, …);
- Financial products knowledge: credit derivatives, interest rates derivatives, FX, and Options;
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols;
- Knowledge about SQL;
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions;
- Fluent level of English;
- Nice to have: French level B2.
