What is this challenge about:

- Lead IT projects, technical initiatives, and service management (order ticketing) using Jira and EasyVista, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and SLAs.

- Collaborate closely with the Applications Delivery & Optimization – Software & Automation team to ensure successful outcomes.

- Operate with high levels of autonomy and effectively manage complex situations.

- Actively support ongoing transformation processes within the organization.

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and agile leadership behaviors aligned with the team’s culture.

- Promote IT governance best practices.

- Provide constructive feedback to team members and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

- Follow GALP’s standards and templates for project management.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information

- +4 of experience in IT project and service management, with hands-on use of Jira and EasyVista.

- Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams, resolving complex problems efficiently.

- Strong track record of coordinating technology solution deliveries, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess systems and processes, identify issues, and apply effective technological solutions.

- Experience working across different business areas with an understanding of how IT supports business processes.

- Solid technical background combined with the ability to manage IT projects and services effectively.

- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)

- Fluent level of English.
