What is this challenge about:

- Ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of production environments;

- Supporting and monitoring IT infrastructure and operational processes;

- Managing operational risks and contributing to cybersecurity practices;

- Handling monitoring tools and observability platforms (Elastic Search, Grafana, Dynatrace);

- Collaborating with DevOps teams and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible, Mattermost);

- Working with Linux and Windows environments;

- Supporting containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);

What we are looking for

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT Ops roles;

- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Production Operation Steering, IT Risk, and Cyber Security;

- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: Elastic Search, Grafana, Dynatrace;

- Solid understanding of the DevOps chain: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible;

- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments;

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;

- Knowledge of Helm;

- Fluent level of English (mandatory), French is a Plus.

- Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in the Office.
