We are looking for a Data Analyst to work hybrid in Lisbon who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What we are looking for:

- Experience managing the lifecycle of customer journeys (digital and offline) – including segmentation, contactability rules, channel orchestration, and performance tracking;

- Strong analytical skills – ability to monitor and implement funnel conversion metrics and optimization analytics (effectiveness, lift, ROI, etc.);

- Knowledge of CRM methodologies (prioritization, control groups);

- Familiarity with customer contactability concepts (quarantine, saturation, GDPR compliance);

- Proficiency in SQL and database management;

- Knowledge of SAS tools – SAS Guide, databases (Oracle), and Data Lake (mandatory);

- Experience with Databricks;

- Use of analytical models to optimize targeting and results;

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel;

- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
