We're now hiring for a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join a forward-thinking international team, where platform engineering, automation, and developer experience are at the heart of everything.

What is the challenge about:

You’ll be responsible for shaping the infrastructure foundations of complex cloud-native systems — from designing architecture blueprints to implementing IaC and enabling developers through self-service platforms.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies, contributing not just with technical skills, but also with curiosity, adaptability, and a global mindset.

What we are looking for:

- Experience designing infrastructure architecture: blueprints for services, data pipelines, deployment models

- Ability to define Cloud & Deployment Strategies, including landing zones, governance policies, and topologies

- Hands-on experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Knowledge in designing Observability & Monitoring architectures, platform-level telemetry is a plus

- Ability to architect secure networks, including zero-trust models and secure communication paths

- Passion for Developer Enablement & Self-Service — experience with tools like Backstage is a plus

- Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), IaC, and Container Platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)

- Collaborative mindset, always willing to share and learn — regardless of team member’s background or seniority

- Comfortable working in multicultural environments and open to occasional travel

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Work Location & Flexibility:

This is a hybrid role based in Portugal, with flexibility and possible presence in our offices in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, or Viseu.

Candidates must be based in Portugal and have valid work authorization.
