We’re currently looking for a Chatbot/Chat Senior Fullstack Developer.
What is this challenge about:
- Develop, manage, maintain, and oversee Genesys-GCP deployments and software across a diverse range of clients (including web, voice, text, native apps, phone, and more);
- Provide input to mobile and web development teams building custom customer-facing UIs;
- Build and manage high-level communication protocols to ensure highly available and upgradeable conversational interfaces and clients;
- Manage technical stakeholders and their needs, working closely with the conversational agent content manager and the Genesys contact center team.
What we are looking for:
- 5 years of experience in Web Development, focusing emphasis on frontend;
- Previous experience with chatbot development;
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment and services;
- Experience with Java/Scala is a plus but focus more on front-end Typescript / Javascript;
- Experience with Genesys is a plus;
- Fluent english.
